Diane O’Neal is a professional Ballroom Dancer who for over 25 years has taught and exhibited throughout the nation. As an NDCA Certified instructor and Adjudicator, this Virginia Beach native has also successfully competed on the national pro~ dance circuit, consistently placing in the Pro Open American Smooth Division. She creates special wedding first dances, as well as unique themed shows for Non profit balls and corporate event. Diane provides instruction in all styles of Ballroom, Latin, East and West Coast Swing, Hustle and Cuban Salsa.
Joining a solid technical foundation from classical Ballet, Diane believes anyone can learn to dance, regardless of experience, age or ability or disability, and is proud to have worked with deaf, Alzheimer’s and cancer patients, as well as those with complex mental and physical challenges. Diane’s unique approach to helping one understand their body and connect with their sense of timing and rhythm has brought her a faithful following of happily satisfied students of all ages. Joe Di Julio’s practice concentrates on estate planning and probate law. As an estate planner, Mr. Di Julio works closely with his clients to structure their estates to reduce taxes. A certified public accountant, he is a regular writer and speaker on current estate planning topics.
Mr. Di Julio is a member of the Virginia State Bar. He is a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and was named Best Lawyers’ 2012 Norfolk Area Litigation – Trusts & Estates Lawyer of the Year. He is among Virginia Business magazine’s “Legal Elite” and has been named a “Super Lawyer” for Estate Planning & Probate by Virginia Super Lawyers magazine. Mr. Di Julio served for three years as new decisions editor for the Journal of Taxation. In addition, Martindale Hubbell has rated Mr. Di Julio an AV attorney, its highest rating available.
He received his bachelor of science degree from Indiana University and his law degree from Vanderbilt University, where he served as an associate editor of the Journal of Transnational Law. Before joining the firm, Mr. Di Julio was a partner with Clark & Stant, which merged with Williams Mullen in 1999.
